2006 XC90 AC air not coming out vents .

Hello everyone: I have a 2006 XC90. The ac air is blowing out of the defrost area and not the vents. this dose not happen all the time some times it works ok. rear air works. Any one knows what is happen ?

Articulator motor for the flap that controls switching air flow location is shot?
