I almost killed them when I saw that, but I had too much into non-refundable tuition..

Close up of the rack made the night before departure..

Lumber - garbage picked
Paint - left over from neighbors paint job
One chip brush 1 USD
SS screws and glue stolen from school project

Compared to Thule load bars at 80 bucks a pop - Free...

The windshield clips are different than the rest of them

But is there even a part number for them? A diagram of how to put them in and get the strip on? I can't find any documentation at all, and it appears that I broke one, as it will not stay put. Vibration of the trim strip results at highway speed.

I'm a gluer too!
I sinned. Used glass silicone to hold them in place over the old clips. A few large blobs and them some painters tape to hold them still for 24hrs. Worked perfectly and I can remove again carefully if required.
