I'll triple check the requirements/fitment by contacting them.
Just realised I may need a wheel alignment after i do the control arms! Damn, Just had the wheels balanced and aligned a week or so ago.
I really need to review the order in which i am doing things to the car.

alignment when replacing worn arms is definitely needed, mine was off by quite a lot with the new arm installed. you can do it yourself - the alignment, both measuring and adjusting it. I only use a measuring tape in front and behind the wheels. As a reference, to adjust for 2mm toe it takes about 45deg rotation of the tie rod on each side.

Meyle HD endlinks from FCP: https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/volvo- ... p2sblkf3p2. These have worked fine.

Go to a bicycle shop and get a skinny open end wrench - 15/16mm I believe.

I would not skimp on control arms or bushings: Lemforder is OEM on many European cars.

I drive mostly highway, but still, front LCA bushings from Lemforder are doing well for 40k (one side) and 50k (another side) miles. Or is it 50k/60k?... I will be replacing them with Volvo OE as a part of the whole suspension overhaul, but only because it will be so convenient to take LCAs out.

I personally prefer the OE Lemforder branded items however we also back our products by offering a LIFETIME WARRANTY on EVERYTHING we sell at no additional charge.
