alignment when replacing worn arms is definitely needed, mine was off by quite a lot with the new arm installed. you can do it yourself - the alignment, both measuring and adjusting it. I only use a measuring tape in front and behind the wheels. As a reference, to adjust for 2mm toe it takes about 45deg rotation of the tie rod on each side.Homebrand wrote:Thanks for the replies.

Just realised I may need a wheel alignment after i do the control arms! Damn, Just had the wheels balanced and aligned a week or so ago.
I really need to review the order in which i am doing things to the car.
