alarm light stays solid on dash

here,s the thing,
the alarm seems to function as normal. although hazards will not turn off and alarm light stays solid red on dash. ive replaced hazard button to no avail. im kind of going crazy here any ideas..

Perhaps not related to the infamous siren module, as on my car the alarm light still works when the module is disconnected. But you never know..

Do the turn lights flash once when the car is locked?

Have you tried to reset the alarm by locking & unlocking the doors three times in a row?

Yes I've tried lock and unlock no luck.

But there is no flash when locking via fod ?
