Old problem but I need to ask a question, the plastic piece (where you squeeze to move the lever out of "P" to drive) is broken.
Does Volvo sell this plastic piece alone or I have to buy the whole thing?

Old problem but I need to ask a question, the plastic piece (where you squeeze to move the lever out of "P" to drive) is broken.
Does Volvo sell this plastic piece alone or I have to buy the whole thing?

Follow-up...
Bought the $35 shift knob tab from "swedish auto lamps" ebay seller, works great for my car.
Before you buy, make sure what you have in the car by:
- Chock the wheels.
- Move the shifter to D.
- Then either look up yourself or get a mirror to see exactly what you have before buying.
Replacing is straightforward, youtube video and pdf on the web.
The seller has a pdf that he can email to you as well.
