am radio not working

am radio not working

FM works fine, CD player works fine, just no am radio for last month. I've read this is a common issue but can't find any details on a fix other than replacing whole unit. Any ideas please? Thanks.

I don't know about Volvo, but in the BMW world, the cause is the antenna connection in the back of the radio.
