2012 C70 Transmission computer

Post by 007 »

Hi, I would like to know if I replace the original trans comp of my 2012 C70 for a 2006 or 2008 C70, should the car works fine as "plug and play"? Or is it mandatory to take it to the dealer for reprogram, Because the software is not he same?

Thanks for reading!

It's a dealer job. Modules are coded to the CEM and car won't start.

Hi, thanks for your reply. And what if I would have to replace all the transmission for this car, with a 2011 C70 one, and this (2011) has attached the control module part #30735596? a dealer programming would be mandatory? Thanks for your attention!
