2007 v50 stereo unit replacment ???

2007 v50 stereo unit replacment ???

Ok so we finally found a V50 that is a 9.5 out of 10. We had to look very hard for any blemishes, the engine bay was immaculate and then we tried our CD into the CD player. Well there was already a CD in there and it wouldn't come out. Not a deal killer for us and we bought the car.

I searched Crutchfield but they didn't have anything for a 2007 Volvo V50.

I see OEM head units on e-bay but it would be nice to get a new unit with bluetooth etc.

I'm starting to think that because of the way the panel is set up that the only thing that will work is an OEM?

Any ideas?

I'm not sure but you would definitely lose access to the vehicle settings like auto locks and whatnot. I would install a bluetooth module and replace the stock stereo headunit over going with a custom one in this case.
