1997 V90 Tire and Wheel change

Post by Bigcloud20 »

Hi Im looking to put wider tires on my v90 and get rid of the pizza slicer 195/65/R15's. Would I be able to get away with 205 or 215 without having to change the wheel?

I'm running 215/60r15 on my 1988 760 Turbo Wagon with OE 15x6 alloy wheels. Some 205/65R15 tires are no bigger in overall diameter than the 195/65R15s.

I'm probably going with the 215/60r15 just hoping it wont rub and I have to cut into the wheel well.

You may want to do your homework and research different tire manufacturers tire specs for 215/60R15 tires. Some tires of this size may be too wide for the wheels.
