2004 S60 B5254T2: Scratched oil pan & cover while cleaning

I have my oil pan off and my head (head gasket) and used a gasket material spray followed by a razor blade to remove all the older material off and although I kept the blade perpendicular to the surface (for the most part I guess), I have managed to scratch the entire oil pan and cam cover mating surfaces.

I have run my fingers over the surfaces and I don't feel any of the scratches but I'd like to know what options I have in fixing the mating surfaces.
