Last summer I did a PCV Replacement on the s60. What a bear. I cleaned out everything, replace box, hoses and banjo bolt.
Only recently I have been getting a p101 and p170 clear goes a away for weeks and then comes back.
I replaced the MAF. Still occasionally gets the codes. My Throttle body is clean. Some one mentioned the PCV nipple may be clogged. Unsure where it is. Can anyone give me insight on where it is and point me to a picture.
Thanks Madness

If this is a turbo, the nipple is part of the piece that the banjo bolt goes through. Take the bolt out and you will see a small hole in the assembly. That is the nipple. Also could be clogged air passages in the block where the oil trap box connects. Or a leak at that connection.
