1990 240 DL Idle Air control hose supplier?

Another question, Does anyone know where I can buy replacement hoses for my 1990 DL Idle Air Control Valve? I have tried searching various sites, but the only thing that comes up are the IAC units.

Since there seems to be none (at least that I could find), has anyone made some DIY hoses that they wouldn't mind sharing the secret plans with?
