I tore the fuel rail as well as the intake manifold off the car today. I could not get a wrench in to simply unscrew the Cold Start Injector (CSI), so I had to cut through the hose to get everything off the car.
My problem is that the tubing Volvo used is a small and hard plastic tube inside a softer rubber hose, and I can't seem to locate any that would fit.
I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for what kind of tubing to use for the CSI as well as where to find a new o-ring.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you fellow members!

I had to completely cut the black nylon tubing from the CSI and the fuel rail. I've searched from the links provided (many thanks!!!!), however, I can't seem to find the correct size tubing that is safe for gasoline.
If unable to locate the real thing, what could be some alternatives to connect the Cold Start Injector to the fuel rail?
Does anyone know what kind of pressure goes to the Cold Start Injector?
Sorry for all of these questions, but it doesn't say in my....... 'gasp'...... Haynes manual
It was thrown in as a gift with buying the car. Honestly.

Otherwise, Scroll down FCP's listings here...."If you scroll to the bottom of the page, they have all three sizes depending on where in the line it broke. Hope this helps."
Hint, scroll down the page...ask FCP, if needed.

Wow. Thank you for all of your help with this. I emailed FCP Euro as well as New Age Industries to see if they had a 3/16" nylon hose that can withstand fuel. If none is available, I am thinking of using some epoxy putty to cover the barbs to make both ends accept a larger inside diameter hose made specifically for fuel injection.
Any thoughts about the latter idea?
Thanks for all of the suggestions and help thus far.

http://store.paramountauto.com/oe-volvo/949761The cold start injector o-ring part number is Volvo 949761. I just bought one, however, the shipping is ridiculous on such a tiny part!
Yay! One problem solved--many more to go.
