My driver's side power window is struggling, especially going up. I have to go up and down a few times to get it all the way back up. The problem is reduced if the window is wet, so I think it is friction.
What can I do to make the window slide more easily?
I read somewhere that RainX works. Is there some lube for the actual track inside? If so, is there a write up on how to do it?
I searched and could not find...
Thanks!

I had an issue with the inner (inside the car) trim at the bottom of the glass getting bent and pressing against the window. I just cut the portion that was bent.

Use silicone paste (not spray for this application. Comman names are sil-glyde or 3m silicone paste - available at most auto part stores. dielectric silicone ( tune up paste) will also work.
Lower window, paste upper portion, raise and lower a few times.
Use some to renew your door seals, but after soaking in 10 min wipe off all of the excess. This will stop the door from sticking to the car when Ice,snow or moisture are an issue.
