2000 S 70 Change Motor to C70 Can't Get Check Engine Light O

Blew my factory motor, and installed a nice clean low mileage c70, but can't the the check engine light off. Codes include Timing and Cam, and all check out.. What's the easy fix here? sensors? checked. Reset computer - done... Can't get car smogged and spent two months searching. HELP?

What are the actual codes you are getting?

Dumb question... have you cleared the codes? And also, what are the P-codes you're getting?
