2001 s80 T6 Wont start

my name is jeanine and i have a 2001 volvo s80 t6 that wont start. was slipping in 3rd gear so changed out both shift solenoids. put it back together, now wont start. has no compression at all, replaced timing belt and tensioner, and set timing, (I think) Too many have worked on my car and they are all stumped. please help, i just want my car to run again.

The first thing I would do is to verify that the timing has been set correctly.
