What is the correct torque for the 3 fasteners on the cam pulleys?

I guessed based on the size and torqued to 20 -25 NM range. I had no tool to keep the cam pulleys from spinning and getting those fasteners on tight was tough. So as a "last little task" now that everything is buttoned up and the TB is on I think I'll put a torque wrench on them and adjust them if needed.

Also, can anyone tell me what the idle RPM should be? I ended up with around 925-950 and it idles smoothly. I guess I'm more curious than anything because I don't plan to change it right away if it's off by much.

Thanks I didn't see them at the beginning. I read over the instructions many times looking for them and didn't notice the summary at the beginning.
