2006 XC90 blower motor frozen
This morning I went to warm up my car and turned the heat all the way up and the fan on full. When I went out 15 minutes later the car was still freezing. The fan was not blowing any air at all. I called the service dept. at Volvo dealership and they told me several other customers with 2006 XC90s had the same problem today. Apparently the blower motor had condensation that froze due to the frigid temperatures and won't work until it is thawed. They told me to put the car in a heated garage - which I don't have or to bring into them and wait a few hours for it to thaw. The dealership is over an hour away and it is too cold to drive with an infant that far without heat. Any similar problems or suggestions?
