Car Runs Rough P0300 P0301 P0303

My XC90 under load started running really rough yesterday. It has thrown the following codes P0300 P0301 P0303 and P0140. These codes come right back P0300 P0301 P0303. I have replaced all plugs, replaced Coil Packs for Cylinders 1 & 3 and also replaced the Cam Shaft Sensor. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. There was no CEL on until the car started to run rough.

This may or may not help, had a similar issue of misfire when i changed the plugs on our Envoy. The boot to the plugs where not seated correctly . Go in again and check the seating on the coil packs for the cylinders that are returning a misfire.
