All control arm bushings are rubber for these standard make control arms (Lemforder, Volvo, TRW, etc.). The only way to get polyurethane is to pull the rubber ones and in a PU one, or order some fancy custom control arms.

There are many different compounds of rubber. I will take a wild guess and say that some bushings are made to comply with a Volvo specification, while others are made to a low price point.
