97 960 - Would this cause P0410 SAS Fault?

Pulled off the air pump - noticed this:

The rubber mounts holding the air pump bracket are all worn off, and the air pump was "resting" on something causing this to wear through. Would that cause the error since it would effect vacuum. The air pump was blowing air, but not very much.

Could I epoxy that up?

If other vac lines in/around SAS are good, I'm sure that's your code source. Epoxy or a silicone sealant would patch it decently. If I were you, I'd get your multimeter out and check its impedance before reinstalling.

It doesn't blow much when it functions properly on cold starts. A very expensive little part to make cold starts easy.
