Hi guys,
First of thanks to Robert for all the videos it gave me the confidence i needed to take on repairing my car and a big shout out to Matthew for this site.
I've been having a rough idle issue for weeks now. I've read that it could be a fuel pump isse. Replaced Fuel pump.
Read it could be clogged IAC. Took it off. Hoses were rock solid ordered new hoses its coming in today. But I need to buy the clamps can someone tell me what kind of worm? clamps i need. I dont want to deal with the oetiker clamps.
Also what else could be causing my issue? I do need to get the motor mounts replaced could that be causing an issue. I also drove for 10K miles without one of the vacuum hoses connected to the egr valve? (i didn't even know!!!) I have a 95 850 n/a 2.4. Please help if you can and thanks!

Rough idle is usually vacuum leak, dirty IAC, or ignition parts.
How many miles/time are on the cap rotor wires, spark plugs?

Maybe about 40K miles now. I replaced all of those at 160K when I bought it.(spark plugs, distr cap, wires) I looked at all the hoses leading to the vacuum leak. Its not throwing any codes for me to tell if anything is wrong.
None of the vacuum hoses are bad. Havent checked the pcv stuff but theres a lot of oil around that area. My car is leaking oil from somewhere and it was underneath my radiator hose (bottom driver side hose).
What all parts are part of the ignition. Car newb here All i know is the Alternator and the Ignition coil?

Regular worm clamps are fine, that is what I use for the IAC hoses. Sounds like you haven't put it back together - just take the hoses to the hardware store (plumbing department) when you buy the clamps, then you can get the right sizes.
On your 95 ignition is just cap and rotor (must be Bosch), spark plugs (Volvo OEM is great but cheap copper plugs are good too, many others are problematic), and spark plug wires (Bougicord are tried and true, some others like Bosch are known to be problematic). Well the coil is part of ignition system too, but they rarely go bad.
If the cap and rotor you put on a while back are cheapies then that may be the issue, pull the distributor cap and rotor and evaluate their condition. Also check for oil and/or moisture inside the cap. At 40k it could be ready for new plugs.
Are there any codes or is the check engine light on?

just got back from AZ and they pulled 5 codes
P0103 P0400 P0440 P0172 P0331
So definitely the issue at hand has to be the pcv system. Any advice?
Thanks for yalls responses!
