upgrade to Xenon from Halogen?

Can I replace the entire Halogen light with an entire Volvo Xenon light?

If it IS do-able, what is involved?

Remove H, Install X, drive to dealer for programming change?

If there's a good how-to video on the steps, that would help, a lot.

Dealer won't help. They are not allowed to do that.
