Please search your email for MVS mail. I can't think of a scenario where a gmail address wouldn't get mail from my server. It's right there in the header - it passes Gmail's tests.

I did have a filter before that I made because Gmail was sending emails from this site to spam. I just deleted the filter, so maybe that'll fix it.

1198 and Viper: send an email to [email protected] and [email protected]

Then select "Add to Contacts" to save those to your Contacts list. That's how to whitelist an address in Gmail. There's no direct way to do it.

I know this is a kludgy workaround... but if it moves this forward it'll help.

Viper, I sent emails to the Comcast tech from the server (from [email protected]), but I never heard anything back because that email address doesn't collect email, it only sends it. Perhaps he replied, I don't know.

Added both emails to contacts now. We'll see what happens.

I sent emails to him as well, and haven't heard back. I have time and will try again.

OH, btw Matt, is the forum communicating with Tapatalk ? I couldn't access the forum via TapaTalk. I figured that would be a decent work around for now. I hate using Gmail.

I was going to mention the same. Tapatalk doesn't seem to be connected with MVS any longer. Whatever happened when you updated the site, Matt, it seems the email had been messed up and Tapatalk no longer works.
Don't take this like I'm mad about the situation, but I've sent a PM to a member I purchased a part from, just to ask if he had shipped it yet. I would think he'd reply if he knew I sent a message, as in he'd have an email to let him know. I assume he hasn't been on this website to see the message otherwise. Point being, this seems to be a common issue with members not getting emails.
