2004 C70 AW 55-50 transmission strainer / screen

Anyone happen to know if the the transmission "pump strainer" (screen / filter) can be accessed for removal and replacement, and is it behind the valve body. If it is behind the VB any write-ups on it? I have seen no posts regarding service of that internal screen. Thanks

There is a filter but you have to take the tranny apart to get to it.
