WTB: OEM or Thule cross bars '04 XC70 (have raised side rails)

Post by aikomama »

I just purchased a Thule box for my Volvo but now need the cross bars. My car already has the raised side rails. There are a lot of junk aftermarket bars but would prefer to stay with Thule or Volvo OEM (which I believe is Thule anyway).

Thanks so much!

What do you mean by raised side rails? No such a term regarding Volvos.
I have factory Volvo X-bars, (and the unlock tool!) I suppose that I would sell them for the right price.
You can see them mounted in my for sale ad here in the classifieds, (the 2004 V70 5 speed manual).

Raised side rails as in factory installed roof rails (raised). Basically I only need the cross bars that go between to hold up my carrier. I'll take a look at what you have. Thank you!!
