In Las Vegas. From Los Angeles CA. Need some help.

Need some help or advice, I am out of my element in an unknown city.

My car is having an extremely rough idle and flashing check engine light. I don't have my tools to be able to fix the car. I am putting up my banner and asking for help or a recommendation to a good mechanic that you trust to take their car. I would prefer to just borrow a garage and some tools for a few hours. At this point I am stranded in Las Vegas till I can get my car fixed.

Also looked through the forums and have a few ideas of what might be going on but no way to diagnosis without tools. The car isn't throwing codes even with the check engine light flashing.
