They did that after the fact. I did something similar in my old platinum wagon.

My guess is factory was the gray interior and owner found some better beige door panels and seats when wandering at the pick n pull. At that moment he or she might have been spiking with the creativity hormone—and voila!

I noticed that. Those seats (at least the bottoms) are not from a P80.

i can see why for the back armrest. my 98 S70's back armrest does not have cupholders. I have been looking for an armrest from a 2000... but haven't found a black one yet. Apparently people don't like dark interiors in the South.

You could use a '99, too. My cousin has a '99 S70 and it has rear cup holders.

I would love to delete the front arm rest in favor of a retrofit to a pair of decent front cup holders. Especially in the 850 where the cups hang over the window switches.

Abscate, can you injection mold us an insert in your science lab to fill this need? A niche (enjoy the pun) market to be sure, but could be worth a small fortune anyway.

BTW, 22oz. is my preferred size.
