It sure ain't cheap. My 98 V70AWD has that same part (I'm pretty sure it didn't come factory with it), and I'm thinking I'm just going to get some universal mufflers and make it myself.

That link shows the whole setup. Pretty sure this is the right system. I'm not as familiar with the '00 as I am with the '98s.

I hope you can get it from that source, but the muffler system from Volvo has been obsolete for some time. There are several manufacturers selling dual muffler systems out there but the majority use cheap T407 'stainless' steel. This rusts (I have a system from Eurosport and it has rusted through). I am going to speak to a local muffler shop who believe they can build a better system for a lot less. Get a stainless custom system made using T304 stainless steel.

If you do buy a new Volvo system, if it is available from the posted source, if you replace from the cat back, the part number for the bolts they list give you the wrong bolts. You need bolts that are about 1" long and have thread up to the base of the head. Volvo part number supplies a 2" long bolt with thread only half way up the shaft. Sorry I don't know the metric bolt size or thread count. Volvo have been made aware of this issue several years ago, but they have never fixed it in their system.
