Here's what I know now:

It's not the server.
It's not the DNS settings.
It's almost certainly not the forum web code.
It's probably forum settings stored in the database.

I'm still working on it.

I haven't received a single forum email notification from this thread or others. This is really frustrating.

It is to me too. I've been working on it. I've got a few things going on right now that pull me away.

I understand Matt. I'm not blaming you at all. I personally think it's my ISP, but it's frustrating as can be. There was another guy who didn't get any alert either, I didn't ask him any info on it.
