How do I loosen the power steering belt on a 1991 Volvo 940?

I'm working on replacing the water pump on my 940. The only bolt I located that appears to be for adjustment is a 13mm above the pump with a threaded shaft on the other side. The worthless Chilton that came with has no useful information and I'm unable to find anything online. Are there any pictures that show the location of the adjustment bolts?

Loosen through bolt at pump to engine block bracket (located beneath the pump), loosen the top bolt, or nut (13mm wrench), using a 10mm socket loosen the long adjusting bolt.
