SO yes, once again I'm back with heinously stupid questions!
Today I'm asking about lubricating the sunroof slides on my 2003 V70 2.4T with 230K on it.
I've replaced the side fans which appears to have made the sliding a bit tougher, so I get that clikkity-clacking that you get when the thing starts to bind a bit, and I'm thinking some lubrication wouldn't hurt, but then again, maybe it might....
So, what if anything should I be using for that?

ive always used a lithium type grease, it lasts
