V70 2.5 D oil dipstick wanted

Hello everybody,
Last time I took my car for ordinary maintenance, it was found out that the oil dipstick currently installed in my engine is not the good one. Therefore the indication for oil level is wrong. Obviously this can be dangerous for the engine, because I might not realize when oil topping is needed.

I was told that the good dipstick is s/n 9497470
Now, for some reasons, it seems impossible to find all around the world this part.
Therefore I started looking for 2 options, for which I need the help of any of you owning a V70 with a 2.5 D engine (2461cc, 140 HP, I believe is the 5252T but without turbo) :
1) may I ask you to check on your dipstick what is the s/n reported there (it's between the min/max indications)?
I found out there are some s/n which comes from Audi / VW because this engine was originally designed by them. If this is the case, I might be able to find a good dipstick under another s/n
2) In case you have the dipstick 9497470, could you please take the a couple of measurements:1) from the gasket to the "max" indication, 2) from the gasket to the "min" indication. Please, be as precise as possible!!

You're on the wrong forum.

There are no Volvos diesels in u.s.They hadn't been imported.

One of our Volvo-D forum members in the EU should be able to help but honestly your Volvo Dealer in France should do this too.
