Yes, your pic shows the same FPR as in the pic I posted.

As per my post up above: your car still has an FPR, it is just not at the rail. Follow the fuel line backwards from the engine toward the tank, you will eventually find the FPR. On some it is located down near the steering rack, others all the way back by the fuel filter.

Or, are you saying you just want to replace the damper? I'm not sure what you mean by "can't find the part I need."

Turns out the damper at the fuel rail failed and was releasing fuel into the intake every time I turned the car off.
Replaced with junkyard one, all is good!
