Looks great and is the same as my T5 except light blue on mine. You should be fine with the trans as long as fluid is always fresh (use synthetic if you can find a JWS3309 compliant one)

That green color is awesome and I believe very rare, great buy. Keep replacing the transmission fluid with the right one every 20k miles or so for these 2001-2002 transmissions were sensitive.
Also, I really like the color of that car. Have never seen one that color before.
