2005 S60 AWD: Part # for tow ring?

Anyone know what the part # is for the tow ring that you screw into either the front or rear bumper on an S60? Both tow guys yesterday were upset I didn't have the ring that screws into the bumper for them to tug my car with. Never came with it (used car).

Part #: 9170466 - Towing Eye. Should be part of the tool kit.

Didn't come with car (used), but have jack and handle. Cost me and GEICO good $ due to dumbass tow guy. Pic of what I'm talking about in my rear stay thread in a minute. Thank you!
