1995 850 T5, rebuild head?

Long story short, I bought a car with known head issues (at least 1 burned valve). 170k~ on the clock, good records, an absolute creampuff otherwise.
P.O. Admitted his child ran it with lower-octane fuel at some point but did not directly precede the burninating of the valve.
Valve failure/s occured going up hill, 65mph+ at not insignificant throttle
P.O. pulled following codes
P0326
P1310
P0305
P0304
P0300

Drove the car home 10miles, without issues other than the obvious miss/limp home mode I assume ECU put it in.

Questions arise though as to best "long term" repair if I wish to drive this car for 100k+ miles.

Thoughts and information I've gathered so far:

OEM valve stem seals are an absolute must and worth the significant cost as Aftermarket options are crap

Aftermarket Valves are questionable (And not always sodium filled)
Knowing the suspected culprit for crispy valves in these is a combination of "Granny mode driving" combined with a late-life Italian Tune-up resulting in burnt valves, how reliable are the existing "Non-burnt" valves? IS A COMPLETE VALVE REPLACEMENT In order? All 10 Exhaust Valves? Sodium filled from iPd of $22 or $12 from FCPGroton (Unknown if filled). ALL VALVES? Valve Guides too?

These are the questions I have; I know I'm in this for at least $1,000, to do it right, even doing it in the driveway.
Trying to keep it under $2000.

So, after a good conversation with erikv11, It's pretty clear that at minimum we agreed I should:
Take any head I'm putting on this car to a machine shop for rebuild, relap valves, replace burnt ones (Likely will spend the money for oem unless someone can speak for the IPD Aftermarket ones), buy a kit for OEM valve stem seals http://volvopartslisle.com/part/OEM-Vol ... 272424/Kit
and likely have good results.

I did the swap a year ago through clearwater and for the money and time it saved me....was worth it. I haven't had any issues and I have ran the swede hard. With everything I did, all in all I was well under 2k in cost.

I'd heard of clearwater but I read a number of complaints about their service, quality of parts delivered, and warranty service when issues cropped up and frankly, I don't want to/can't do this twice.

You can also get a head from another car, have it reconditioned and install it.

Did you add your history the burned valve thread?

Do these cars always burn the same valves?
