My 99 s80 2.9 leaks antifreeze under firewall hose

I just replace the heatercore perfectly it was by pass for a few month re connected two hoses under hood in firewall an has a hole under 2 hoses directly how can I fix it my heat work good now just leaking coolant on that spot
