S80 tps issue

Hey guys, I recently started getting rough idle and limp home mode. When I brought the car to get the codes read they came back as tps and a misfire code. I installed a sacer tps myself and the car ran great for 12hours and started acting up again. I just replaced the maf sensor thinking it might be that but it wasn't. Any ideas??

Just checked and I'm getting a p0121 fault and p0154

Sorry for all the posts but I just pulled my throttle body and checked the tps I'm getting 1.35v at rest. But when I turn the ignition key the throttle doesn't open and close like it used to
