2000 v70xc low fuel pressure

just put in a dolman check valve (for hard start and vapor lock) - everything ran great for about a week, then I pulled a P0300 code. Only have about 24 psi at the fuel rail. Fuel pressure holding well at 22 psi after I turn off motor and I don't see or smell an gas leaks near the filter or at the injectors so I am thinking everything is tight. Is there anything other than the pump at this point?

Fuel pump relay and wiring. Try jumping the relay to see if the pressure comes up.
