Looking for mechanic in Seattle

I'm a former Volvo 240 owner that is getting back into the 240 wagon soon. I'm looking for an
honest & competent independent mechanic in Seattle who can help me swap over from an
automatic to manual.

Any help would or information would be appreciated. Thank you in advance to anyone who replies.

Being in Seattle area, it would be cheaper to just find a stick-shift vehicle.

Most all shops deal in servicing a vehicle. In your case, it means fetching a donor vehicle, with no quality guarantee of parts fetched.

I only am aware of one person who does these swaps, but he's in Oregon.

Tip: Buy another vehicle...
