Swapped mills in my Volvo S80-T6, also replaced head gasket now car cranks but won't start, compression good, timing on the money, good fuel pressure,
Also replaced engine harness, it was in sad shape open and frayed and green oxidized wires. and had Xemodex test ECM, CEM, and key, all works fine, no blown fuses, new relay installed for pump in ECM.
Am going cross country next month PLEASE HELP, this site has never failed me yet,

Do a spark test. Pull a coilpack and spark plug and place the plug's thread onto a metal part of the engine. Pull the injector plugs to stop fuel from washing down the cylinder walls and get someone to crank while you watch the spark plug for bolts of electricity. Do the same for all 6 of them.

Thanks I tried that on number one plug and had good spark, used a remote stater so Ican view easily, then the weather went cuckoo one me I'm in the northeast ???? Can you tell me if the 2002 S80 T6 have an electonic fuel pump module for fuel control, and if so where would it be hding ? Thanks again as soon as the weather gets a little better I'll check the rest of the coils and give you a shout back with an update.
