P1500 volvo 2002 s60 2.4L

My volvo me is giving code P1500 indicating Fuel pump relay circ, Electrical Malfunction. but already changed
the relay three times and little minutes later light check ing combat why the same code need advice from you.

Fuses, wiring can all lead to electrical malfunction.

Thank you for answering, already check fuses and wiring with tester and everything indicates that everything is correct
