Seems like this old issue was just immobilizer
Going to try some contact fluid on my antenna

So here is the magic I do now
chip is on antenna under dash

Turn key to pos 2 count to 3
turn key off count to 3

start like normal

Seems immobilizer needs a few secs to read chip, then all is good

done it like this 10 times so far, no failed starts yet

04 s60 works totally different
