1999 V70 B5252S Clucth/ gearshift problem

I have a strange problem on my 1999 V70. Often, I experience problems getting from neutral and into any gear. It doesnt matter which gear I try.
The problem especially occurs when the car has been idling for a minute or two, AND if the car was started in neutral.

The problem also occured 30 minutes ago, and I then grabbed my phone and filmed it. Please watch this video:

In the beginning of the video, the car has already been idling for 3 minutes ( I was waiting for someone to come with the bus).

Yesterday I bled the clutch ( the one at the top of the gearbox, under the airfilter). This did not affect anything.

That looks more like a shifter linkage problem than a clutch problem. If the clutch wasn't disengaging then the gears should grind when you try to go for any gear out of neutral.

Isn't there an issue with the bushings on the ends of the cables getting soft from age?

I'll check the linkage. Since the gears aren't grinding, then it might be related to the gearshifting mechanism itself...
