'04 V70 lower ball joints, or complete control arm?

Post by Faust »

I have replaced lower ball joints on several 850's and assumed my v70 would be the same. I have not found a vid or write up that I can follow. My supplier sells the Moog ball joint at $78, and the control arm with joint for $98 (discount available). Opinions, should I splurge?

Moog generally has good reviews but there are several bad aftermarket control arms that last 10-20k

Get the brand name of the LCA and report back. If they won't report it, avoid.
