98 v70r exhaust flow - one side?

I have the stock v70r exhaust...well its the dual so i assume not original to the car so 99+ i guess?

Anyways, i'm getting only exhaust coming out of the right side outlet, literally none coming out of the left side. Is this typical? Is there any way to even this out?

How have you determined that you are only getting exhaust out of the RH muffler? Have you put your hand against the muffler (careful it can get hot!) or put a sheet of paper behind the tip to see if anything is coming out? I have a 2000 R and I do notice I get more moisture (steam) from the RH muffler over the other. My assumption is it takes longer to dry out the condensation as it takes longer to warm up.

Otherwise, if you have tested it, for flow, then someone may have had a dummy muffler made up to look like a dual muffler (no longer available new), or it is somehow blocked.
