96 850 upper engine mount installation question

Does it matter which side you install the upper engine mount as long as the arrow is located correctly?

No. I think it is easier from the airfilter towards the passenger side. But easy is not a word i like to associate eith this job. If you go the vice clamp route: bring really big ones. If i had to do it again i'd use pu bushings over stock cuz they don't rhave to be pressed in.

I used PU bushings, Installation was relatively easy. It adds some vibration to the steering wheel and inside.
Anyway I had to remove the whole bracket from the engine to get the old mount out... no idea how you could do that without removing it.
