Sacer Optical Throttle Position Sensor for Volvo ETM 1999-2002 Throttle Body

Post by packetfire »

I bought a Sacer TPS, and never installed it, as I never got the classic stumble/surge at idle symptom, as shown here:

The 2001 has a dead tranny, so I am buying a 2004 for less than it would cost to fix the tranny, and parting out the 2001.

The Sacer TPS Retails for $120 and up, get it quick for only $75.00
Paypal yes, checks yes, bitcoin no.
Private message me if interested.

1982 240DL: Drove it 32 years and 1.5 million miles (sold, even still had mint leather!)
2001 v70 2.4T: The most expensive $1500 car I ever bought ("Volvo Turbo" - what an oxymoron!) (sold)
2004 v70: Far less fatally-flawed v70 - It served well (sold)
2010 v50: Smaller, slightly sportier wagon. Its got a spoiler, so I upgraded with sway bars!

how dare you! bitcoin is an accepted form of currency for all hackers and hacking+blackmailers everywhere! :P

please excuse the quiestion... but i am looking at 1999/2000 cars... and I have read about the ETM issues... and I have thought about picking up an ETM just in case..

1) is this separate from the ETM?
2) is this part replaced/refurbed by XeMODeX when XeMODeX does your ETM?

thanks!
'98 V70 T5M - lots of R parts - 201k+miles
'98 S70 GLT - bought new. sold at 185k miles
