Bougicord wires, Bosch cap & rotor, Bosch o2 sensor, Volvo upper torque mount bushing and Volvo windshield wipers.

Oxygen sensor. Interesting. One thing i really avoid to replace whenever possible cuz in my heart i am cheap...
The wires and rotor and cap will make it mich smoother. At least they did that to my R

Good to see you still have it! Nice to see you are still working on it and improving it.

If you still need a set of V70 XC Nivomats, I have another better set in my stash!

This is an excellent thread. Lots of interesting modifications there - it's going to be interesting to see what you'll be able to achieve!

I all seriousness though, we could probably all benefit from keeping the S-0 stuff closer to the top of our minds. I know I could. So, good job!

Actually I didn't pay for the o2 sensor this time, I exchanged the defective NTK o2 I purchased last June. They ordered the wrong size NTK o2 sensor, so instead they gave me the Bosch o2 that they had in stock and it just happens to be original equipment.

I have 4 quarts of Aisin Warner ATF(3309) that's going in for a drain and fill.

Check the oil you are planning to use for the trans. I believe that is wrong for a 98.

It won't hurt it but it IS wrong.
Plain old Dexron 3 for the 4 speeds

What I have read 3309 fluid is fine on the 4 speeds too but personally I use Mobile Synthetic ATC- it's synthetic unlike the other so I feel better about it.
